Impressive Patios is the sister company of Impressive Home Improvements, a reputable building business run by a passionate husband and wife team specialising in renovations, additions, patios, and pergolas since 1995. Our dedicated patio division, Impressive Patios, focuses on delivering contemporary, premium-quality patios verandahs and carports that align with the lifestyle needs of our customers.
As a STRATCO Authorised Dealer, we ensure that our clients receive only the highest quality materials, guaranteeing structural integrity in every project. Each design can be fully customised to meet our client’s style and functionality requirements, with a diverse selection of colours and additional features in the STRATCO range. Meet Our Director
Carlo Lorefice
Carlo is the passionate Managing Director of Impressive Patios. His role covers all areas of the business operation, including sales and project management. Carlo’s attention to detail and commitment to quality drove him to pave his own path in the field after working under the guidance of his Dad, who was also a builder. Initially specialising in building renovations and additions, Carlo found an interest in the home improvement field from the get-go.
Carlo has since won two HIA building awards, and is proud to offer an honest, reliable and premium-grade building service that is unrivalled in the field. Outside of work, you can typically find Carlo cooking for friends and family, travelling or fishing.
